I have talked about loneliness before in a blog. I compared it to being alone. Another term I want to introduce is lonely. All three of these words are used interchangeably but in reality, they are all very different.

For the sake of time, I want you to watch the YouTube video for this blog. Next week, we will talk more about the video.

But know these two things....

First, loneliness doesn't just affect the elderly. It doesn't just affect young adults. It affects children, college kids, adulthood, mothers, fathers, daughters, sons, grandfathers, and Memaws. It affects EVERYONE.

Second, loneliness is an epidemic. What does that mean? It is spreading rapidly and affects many individuals at the same time.

Click on the image below. It is a 6-minute video and it is powerful.
